I received your last letter; I think that your problem with the weight is really important, because if you don’t lose weight, you can be unhealthy, furthermore if you don’t have a good self – esteem, you could feel better with yourself if you change it.
First I told you that , you need to do more exercise , because if you do that you can improve your health and also your body , I think that your problem is important , but isn’t too difficult , because you have more weight than you need , but it isn’t too much , your problem is maybe because the vanity , and I think that it’s a god reason , because actually people live in a society were a thin image of woman is accepted , and another isn’t, for this reason I could do you a suggestion : you cad do the fish diet , it is eating fish in the breakfast , lunch, and dinner , with pineapple , and in the middle of this you can take a kumis or a slide of cheese , another important think , is that you have to drink water all day , one liter at the day .
I think that with this information you could lose enough weight , but please don’t leave eating , because if you do that , you can felt illnesses like bulimia and anorexia , take care your self and your healthy.
