Thanks for your letter. This isn’t a common problem because people this town usually have headache, earaches and backache; but the disease is known, thought it’s not a problem. There are some recommendations that I can give you to solve this problem.
Firstly, if you take an aspirin pill, you will avoid the headache. I recommend to take it with enough water. If after that, the pain persists, you can have a nap of approximately 20 minutes. For example, you should stop watching T.V and using computers for long periods of time.
Secondly, I you have an earache; you should put cotton, wool in your ears to avoid any infection. Besides, for the backache it’s important to make sure you get the right chair to support your back. You should also take regular breaks so that you change your sitting position. Go swimming or do yoga instead.
