Mr. Jean Smith
Employee chief of El Dorado Airport
Dear Mr. Smith
I’m writing this letter because I had a problem: last Monday I arrived from England of a business trip. When I wanted to look for my satchel I didn’t find it so I asked to watchman but he didn’t want help me.
When I discovered that my things didn’t there I brought near to the man and asked about my satchel but he was too rude, I was relaxed and returned to ask. My satchel had important papers for a definitely meeting and began my anguish, the watchman said me: “Mr. Go at home and wait here your things, if I will find your things you should are having at home tomorrow” .
On top of that after worried long hours the watchman found my things but he wanted see my identification to be able of give me the satchel, the man said me that my identification wasn’t my and he couldn’t give me the things, but only the problem will be solve after lunch I was too angry but I waited.
Finally, after six hours in the airport I could have my satchel. I’m requesting your make any sanction for this person who was too rude and he give too bad image. I won’t want to return at El Dorado.
Sincerely,
Annie Meals
