LETTER TO COMPLAINE

Dear Ms Laguado.

I’m writing this letter, because I have a problem: last Tuesday when I traveled to Ibague city the stewardess had a bad behavior with me, because I told her that I needed another snack, and she answer me with a huge word (idiot), before of that I ask for a cup of coffee and she spilled it over my jacket, and it was damaged, the problem is that the cost of this jacket is 1000 US.

I’m requesting you talking to the stewardess, because this is a bad behavior to treat a client, and also, I need you paid my jacket.
